This professional hair bleach and developer set combines Reviline ReviBlond Moonlight +9 Silver Bleaching Powder 500g with ReviXON Cream Developer 10 Vol (3%) 1000ml for controlled professional hair lightening.

ReviBlond Moonlight +9 is a professional silver/violet bleaching powder designed for powerful, controlled lightening. Its pigmented formula helps counteract unwanted yellow and warm tones during the lightening process, supporting cleaner, cooler-looking blonde results.

ReviXON 10 Vol (3%) is a lower-strength professional cream developer with a smooth consistency for controlled and even application. Its formula is pH-balanced, perfumed and contains Vitamins E and C.

The 10 Vol developer provides a gentler developer option than the higher ReviXON strengths, making this combination suitable for professional services where a lower developer strength is required.

Mixing & Application

Mix ReviBlond Moonlight +9 Silver Bleaching Powder with ReviXON 10 Vol (3%) Cream Developer in a non-metallic bowl, following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Apply using the appropriate professional technique and monitor the hair carefully throughout processing. Processing requirements depend on the starting colour, condition of the hair and desired result.

Once the required result has been achieved, rinse thoroughly and follow with an appropriate shampoo and after-colour treatment.

Note: I am deliberately not giving a specific processing time or promising +9 levels of lift with 10 Vol, because the Moonlight guidance we have specifically lists processing guidance for 20/30/40 Vol, not 10 Vol.
